A confident Bangladesh side are set to continue their impressive form as they take on Timor-Leste in their second Group H fixture of the AFC U-20 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers this afternoon at the New Laos National Stadium, Vientiane.

Group H – Current Scenario:

Bangladesh kicked off their campaign in impressive fashion with a 3-1 victory over hosts Laos, led by a brace from star striker Mst Sagorika. Head coach Peter Butler will be relying heavily on her once again to deliver in today’s encounter.

In stark contrast, Timor-Leste suffered a heavy 9-0 defeat against tournament favourites South Korea in their opening match and are now in a must-win situation to keep their qualification hopes alive.
