Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh — A tragic incident has unfolded in the city of Jhansi, where a 28-year-old woman collapsed and died mysteriously outside a hotel room just four months after her marriage. The harrowing moments leading up to her death were captured on the establishment’s closed-circuit television (CCTV) system, prompting a full-scale police investigation into the circumstances surrounding the sudden demise.

The deceased has been identified as Muskan, who was staying at the Rishabh Hotel in Jhansi alongside her husband. According to preliminary reports, the event occurred at approximately 10:50 am on Monday. A 47-second CCTV video clip, which quickly circulated across social media platforms, shows three individuals walking along a hotel corridor towards a room. Muskan’s husband and another accompanying individual entered the room first, with Muskan trailing slightly behind them. As she neared the threshold, she suddenly lost consciousness and slumped onto the floor.

Upon hearing the noise or noticing her absence, her husband immediately rushed back into the hallway, lifted her in his arms, and carried her into the room. Hotel staff and her family members promptly arranged for her to be conveyed to a nearby hospital. However, attending medical practitioners pronounced her dead on arrival.

The tragedy has sparked intense grief and suspicion. Muskan’s family members have formally alleged foul play, claiming that she was murdered rather than suffering a natural medical emergency. They have demanded a rigorous inquiry into the conduct of her husband and the events preceding the fatal collapse.

Local police officials have initiated a comprehensive probe into the matter. Officers have secured the hotel room, seized the CCTV footage for forensic examination, and recorded statements from the hotel staff and relatives.
