According to Indian media reports:

• The apartment is located in Hrithik’s multi-storey building, known as ‘Mannat Apartment’, on the 15th floor.
• Saba has taken the flat on rent for approximately one year.
• Despite being her boyfriend’s property, the actress will pay rent, rather than staying for free.

Though similar apartments in the area command around ₹2 lakh per month, Hrithik is said to have offered Saba a significantly reduced rate for this luxurious flat.
