He noted that Naima herself referred to her status as his second wife in the legal notice her legal team served him. Misbah asserted that their marriage was properly documented with an official marriage contract (Kabin) and formal registration, adding that she entered the marriage fully aware that he already had an existing family.

Firmly rejecting accusations of demanding a dowry from Naima Jannat or engaging in extramarital affairs, Misbah stated that the narrative being spread online is entirely fabricated. To reinforce his position, he declared a formal Mubahala, calling upon God to curse whichever party is knowingly spreading falsehoods, while accepting divine retribution upon himself should his statements prove untrue. He invited Naima Jannat and critics who believe the allegations to participate in the solemn religious oath if they dispute his account.

Acknowledging that the dispute has now transitioned into the legal realm following court proceedings initiated against him, Misbah confirmed that he is fully prepared to defend himself in court. He stated that he will refrain from making further public statements on the matter, leaving the final outcome to the judiciary and divine judgment.
