In April this year, actress Parsa Evana, widely recognised for her role in the popular drama series Bachelor Point, travelled to the United States. During her stay, she pursued advanced acting training at The Freeman Studio in New York.

After spending nearly four months abroad, Evana returned to Bangladesh on 21 August. Because of her time overseas, she could not participate in the fifth season of Bachelor Point. Naturally, this absence has led to audiences missing her presence on screen.

Not only viewers but also her on-screen co-star Kabila (portrayed by Ziaul Haque Polash) has been shown missing Evana in the storyline of the current season. Several recently aired episodes highlight Kabila expressing this sense of absence.

Upon her return, Evana was asked when audiences might expect to see her back in the drama.

She responded:“That’s something only the director can answer. But it feels really good to see that audiences are missing me, and especially that Kabila misses me too.”

Evana further expressed her deep attachment to the role:

  • “Audiences may miss Eva, but I miss her even more.”
  • “Most people know me as Eva, and that makes me feel proud.”
  • “The way people have accepted Eva is truly a blessing for me.”
  • “As for whether I will appear in the new season, I don’t know yet. But those who are watching will certainly find Eva somewhere in it.”

During her stay in North America, Evana also travelled to Canada, where she reunited with her Bachelor Point co-star Ziaul Haque Polash, who plays Kabila.

The meeting between the two actors, so far from home, turned into a pleasant occasion as they spent some enjoyable time together overseas — a moment that has delighted fans who admire their on-screen chemistry.
