Brazilian football star Vinícius Júnior, renowned worldwide for his explosive speed, mesmerising dribbling, and clinical finishing, has captured public attention for reasons beyond his athletic prowess. The 26-year-old forward has undergone a notable aesthetic transformation, opting for facial cosmetic treatment to refine his appearance.
The Real Madrid forward selected a non-surgical aesthetic procedure known as chin harmonisation. Designed to balance facial proportions, the procedure utilizes dermal fillers to sculpt a more defined jawline and chin structure. Visual alterations to his features became immediately apparent following the treatment, sparking widespread reaction across social media platforms after images of his new aesthetic surfaced online. Fans swiftly drew humorous comparisons between Vinícius and former Brazil and Chelsea midfielder Ramires, a lighthearted debate in which Ramires himself eventually joined.
The cosmetic procedure was carried out at a medical clinic in Goiânia, Brazil. However, the treatment was administered by Dr Alessandro Alarcão, a prominent dermatologist based in Miami, United States, who travelled to Brazil specifically to perform the procedure.
The timing of the procedure arrives during a pivotal moment in the winger’s career. The decision followed Brazil’s disappointing exit in the round of 16 at the 2026 World Cup. Despite the national team’s early departure from the tournament, Vinícius delivered an impressive individual performance, scoring four goals and providing one assist across five matches, confirming his status as one of the squad’s standout performers.
With his international duties concluded, the forward is refocusing his efforts on club commitments in European football. Although only one year remains on his current contract with Real Madrid, negotiations regarding an extension are actively underway. Club president Florentino Pérez has publicly signalled his desire to secure the Brazilian’s long-term future at the Santiago Bernabéu, reassuring supporters that the influential forward remains central to the Spanish giant’s prospective plans.
