Dhaka, Bangladesh: Visa has signed a strategic partnership with MetLife Bangladesh to provide comprehensive insurance benefits to its employees and their dependent family members. 41% linked financial stress to mental health challenges,

78% stated that wellness benefits, including insurance and mental health support, increase their loyalty to the organisation.

The findings underscore how integrated insurance solutions not only protect employees’ finances but also foster focus, engagement, and innovation at work.
