Salman Khan Says Lying for Loved Ones Is Not Wrong

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has once again been in the spotlight, this time for his views on personal relationships. Over the past few days, his love life, unmarried status, and bachelorhood have been widely discussed. Recently, he shared another candid opinion that has sparked conversations.

Salman appeared as a guest on a special episode of Twinkle Khanna’s show “Too Much”, where he revealed that he would go to any lengths, even telling “1000% lies”, to protect someone he loves.

During the interview, Twinkle asked, “Is it right to lie to protect someone you love?” Initially hesitant, Salman gradually clarified his stance.

He said: “It depends on the type of lie. If it’s a small lie, that’s acceptable. But if someone commits a serious wrongdoing, then lying would be wrong.”

He added as an example: “If someone has committed murder, would you still lie?”

However, after some discussion, Salman revised his position and delivered his final, firm opinion: “1000% I would lie, to protect the person I love, no matter what happens.”

Twinkle Khanna appeared visibly surprised at this strong declaration.

Salman also shared his views on dealing with heartbreak, specifically why one should not cry excessively when a lover leaves: “It is acceptable to cry for siblings, parents, or family. But crying because a girlfriend has left you is a bit too much.”

During the conversation, Salman once again referred to himself as a virgin, reiterating a point that has often been discussed in the media.

This episode showcased Salman’s candid, sometimes controversial opinions on love, honesty, and personal values, keeping him firmly in the public eye.
