After an absence of two years and eight months, singer Kim Sung-kyu has made a highly anticipated return to the music scene with the release of his sixth mini album, “Off the Map”, which dropped at 6 p.m. on the 2nd across all major music platforms. The album marks a new chapter in Kim’s musical journey, exploring themes of self-discovery and reinvention, capturing the moment one diverges from the conventional path.
“Off the Map” demonstrates a matured sound, blending richer textures and more complex arrangements than his previous works. The title track, “When I Think About You,” is a cinematic pop ballad featuring progressive instrumentation. The LV series, launched in 2022, has become Kim’s signature performance brand, presenting fresh concepts and connecting with fans worldwide in each iteration.
