In response to the crash of a Bangladesh Air Force training aircraft on the campus of Milestone College in Uttara, Metro Rail authorities have taken special measures to ensure rapid medical assistance for the injured.
Considering the emergency situation, a dedicated coach of the Metro Rail was reserved exclusively for transporting the injured. This initiative was confirmed in a text message sent from the Police Headquarters around 4:00 PM on the day of the incident.
According to the message, the coach adjacent to the women’s carriage was reserved specifically for this purpose.
A Metro Rail official stated:
“We kept a coach next to the women’s carriage vacant to ensure the injured could be transported quickly and receive prompt medical care.”
