Daily Foreign Exchange Rates Issued for Taka Cross-Currencies

Foreign currency exchange rates announced for the domestic market reflect the ongoing valuations of the Bangladeshi taka against major international currencies. Financial institutions and authorized dealers operate under these reference metrics, which dictate corporate settlements, import-export invoices, and retail foreign exchange transactions.

Market indicators show the US dollar trading at a buying rate of 121.95 taka and a selling rate of 122.20 taka. Meanwhile, the British pound maintains a stronger position, fetching 165.88 taka for acquisition and 166.31 taka for disposal. The euro stands at 142.40 taka on the buying side and 142.71 taka on the selling side.

These benchmark figures serve as a critical compass for expatriate remittances, foreign trade financing, and cross-border commercial transactions. The valuation of the local currency against global counterparts fluctuates in response to international market dynamics, supply-demand balances, and central bank foreign reserve interventions.
