In observance of July Uprising Day, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has issued special traffic directives for vehicular movement around the National Parliament area and Manik Mia Avenue. Citizens are advised to avoid the restricted zones and use alternative routes on the day.
Diversion Guidelines

| Science Laboratory | Towards Manik Mia Avenue | Turn right at Ganabhaban Crossing and continue via Bijoy Sarani |
| Farmgate Elevated Expressway (to Dhanmondi) | Through Manik Mia Avenue | Use Urojahaj Crossing and Lake Road instead. Avoid Farmgate Exit Ramp, use FDC (Hatirjheel) Ramp if possible |
| Farmgate to Mirpur | Via Manik Mia Avenue | Continue straight via Bijoy Sarani, avoid Manik Mia Avenue |
| Mirpur to Farmgate | Via Manik Mia Avenue | Divert through Lake Road → Urojahaj Crossing → Bijoy Sarani |
| Agargaon to Shishu Mela | (As bypass) | Recommended for use as alternative corridor |
Parking Instructions
Visitors attending commemorative events have been requested to park their vehicles at the Old Trade Fair Ground in Agargaon.
