Chief Justice Dr. Syed Refat Ahmed has called a full court meeting with the participation of all judges of the Appellate and High Court Divisions of the Supreme Court. The meeting will be held at 3:00 pm on 27 November in the Supreme Court Conference Room.
This information was announced on Monday (24 November) in a notice signed by Md. Atikus Samad, Deputy Registrar (Administration and Judiciary) of the Supreme Court.
Sources say that the full court meeting will decide on the transfer, promotion, and other important matters concerning judges of lower courts.
The full court meeting serves as a forum for judges to exchange views and make policy decisions, where various rules and policies are determined.
