BRAC Bank and Sheba Merchants Limited have announced a collaborative initiative aimed at providing fast and easy access to finance for SMEs associated with the Sheba Platform.
As part of this partnership, BRAC Bank will provide digital micro-loans to eligible merchants, allowing them to access capital rapidly. The Sheba Manager platform integrates sales tracking, expense management, inventory control, digital bookkeeping, and payment solutions in one place. Currently, over 100,000 businesses use the platform, with monthly transactions exceeding BDT 50 lakh.
The agreement was signed by Syed Abdul Momen from BRAC Bank and Adnan Imtiaz Halim from Sheba Platform Ltd. Officials from both organizations were present to witness the event.
By combining finance and technology, this partnership aims to build a robust ecosystem for SMEs throughout Bangladesh. Eligible Sheba merchants will benefit from financing, while BRAC Bank’s MSME clients will gain access to Sheba Merchants Limited’s suite of digital solutions.
