Following the announcement of Pakistani actress Hania Amir’s visit to Bangladesh, two young Pakistani singers, Talha Anjum and Talha Yunus, are set to arrive in Dhaka.

The duo will perform at a concert in the third week of October. The organisers, Rishka Connect and Dhaka Broadcast, confirmed the news through social media.

Although the official date has not yet been formally announced, the organisers have informed the media that, if everything goes as planned, the event will take place on 17 October at a convention centre in the capital.

Talha Anjum and Talha Yunus are pioneers of Urdu rap in Pakistan’s music scene. They first gained popularity with their track ‘Burger-e-Karachi’, which captured the audience’s attention. Following that, several other songs, including ‘Mala Majnu’ and ‘Lam Sai Choura’, also became widely popular.

Notable Performances

  • In 2021, the duo contributed vocals to the Pakistan Super League theme song.
  • In the same year, they performed together live at the Pakistan Day Parade show, further cementing their reputation in the Pakistani music industry.

This visit is expected to bring a wave of excitement among Bangladeshi fans and strengthen cultural exchange between the two countries.
