The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has officially announced the ticket prices and purchasing guidelines for the upcoming white-ball cricket series between Bangladesh and Australia. The bilateral tour, scheduled to take place across June 2026, features a three-match One Day International (ODI) series followed by a three-match Twenty20 International (T20I) series. This highly anticipated visit marks a notable event in the international cricket calendar as the reigning world champions arrive in Dhaka to face the hosts.
The tour commenced with the arrival of the Australian national cricket team in Dhaka on 5 June 2026, following the conclusion of their previous series in Pakistan. The white-ball campaign will initiate with the 50-over format before transitioning to the shorter format of the game.
The three ODI fixtures are scheduled to be hosted entirely at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka. The matches are slated for 9 June, 11 June, and 14 June 2026, with each fixture scheduled to begin at 11:00 AM local time (+06:00 GMT). Following the conclusion of the ODI segment, the teams will travel to Chittagong for the three-match T20I series. Those matches will be held on 17 June, 19 June, and 21 June 2026 at the Bir Shrestha Shahid Flight Lieutenant Motiur Rahman Cricket Stadium.
The governing body has established a varied pricing tier for the ODI matches at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium to accommodate different categories of spectators. The minimum entry price has been set at an affordable rate to encourage maximum stadium attendance.
Eastern Gallery: 200 Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) — This constitutes the lowest-priced admission ticket available for the public.
Northern Gallery & Shahid Abu Said Stand: 400 BDT — Positioned as the mid-tier entry level for general admission.
Club House (Shahid Mushtaq & Shahid Jewel Stands): 600 BDT — Premium seating options providing a longitudinal view of the playing field.
Corporate Blocks (International Lounge South, International Gallery South, & International Gallery North): 1,500 BDT — High-end hospitality zones, including positions within the media infrastructure.
Grand Stand (Upper and Lower tiers): 2,500 BDT — The maximum tier pricing established for the most comfortable and unobstructed views within the venue.
In alignment with the administrative practices implemented during recent international bilateral series hosted in Bangladesh, the BCB has decided to omit physical ticket sales at traditional stadium booths. The board confirmed via an official press release that the procurement process will be entirely digitised.
Supporters and members of the public intending to attend the matches in Mirpur are required to purchase their tickets exclusively online. The official digital portal launched for this purpose is accessible at www.gobcbticket.com.bd. The online sales platform became operational on Thursday, 4 June 2026, allowing fans to secure their seats well in advance of the opening match. This digital-only distribution model aims to streamline the ticketing process, reduce crowds around stadium box offices, and minimise secondary market scalping.
