The Bangladesh Police have officially announced a recruitment drive for the position of Sergeant, offering a prestigious career path for disciplined, patriotic, and energetic individuals. This recruitment cycle is inclusive, welcoming applications from both male and female candidates who possess the requisite physical and academic qualifications. Those aspiring to serve the nation through law enforcement and traffic management must submit their applications online by the fast-approaching deadline of 2 April 2026.

In terms of remuneration, the position is classified under Grade 10 of the National Pay Scale 2015. Successful recruits will receive a monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 38,640 BDT, complemented by various government allowances, including medical benefits, subsidised rations, and housing provisions.
