Bangladesh’s Prime Minister Tarique Rahman is currently on an official state visit to Malaysia, where a cultural moment during a formal programme has drawn widespread attention at home.

At an event held as part of the visit, a Malaysian performer rendered the popular Bangladeshi song “Bolte Bolte Cholte Cholte”, originally sung by Bangladeshi music artist Imran.
