BRAC Announces Trainer Recruitment Across Seven Districts

BRAC, one of Bangladesh’s leading non-governmental development organisations, has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Trainer within its BRAC Education Programme. Applications opened on 1 February 2026 and will be accepted until 10 February 2026.

Selected candidates will be offered a competitive monthly salary along with additional benefits, including festival bonuses, health and life insurance, and other perks as per BRAC’s organisational policy. The programme aims to attract skilled individuals capable of contributing effectively to NGO-based education initiatives.

Interested applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, and prior experience working in a non-governmental organisation is preferred. The ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, and the recruitment is open to both male and female candidates.

The recruitment will cover seven districts, providing opportunities in both urban and district headquarters, ensuring a broad reach for the educational programme.
