Health In Tech, a Nasdaq‑listed insurtech business specialising in artificial intelligence for the insurance sector, has announced a strategic partnership with software engineering firm Ciklum to broaden and advance its stop‑loss health insurance marketplace.

The Health In Tech platform, which already supports more than 800 brokers, third‑party administrators (TPAs), managing general underwriters (MGUs) and carriers across 40 US states, will see significant enhancements across administrative, sales and analytical functions as a result of the collaboration. According to FF News, these improvements are designed to make the system more efficient, integrated and user‑friendly.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ciklum will build out both front‑end and back‑end capabilities, delivering a more cohesive and technologically robust environment. Future upgrades will span AI‑driven bindable quoting tools, automated underwriting workflows, enhanced reporting modules and advanced analytics dashboards. The platform’s technological backbone will remain on Amazon Web Services (AWS), with a focus on streamlining data management and reporting processes to support faster, more accurate decision‑making.

The combined development effort aims not only to boost operational efficiency for current users but also to facilitate expansion into larger employer markets. By consolidating key functions — from quoting and underwriting to administration and analytical reporting — Health In Tech expects to improve platform usability and drive broader adoption across the insurance ecosystem.
