Shakib Khan’s blockbuster film Tufan, released last year, has once again become the centre of discussion, this time for its Hindi-dubbed version, which has achieved remarkable popularity. The film had already been successful both domestically and internationally, including on various OTT platforms, but the Hindi release has expanded its audience even further.
The Hindi version of Tufan was released on the official YouTube channel SVF Bharat, managed by the Indian production company Shree Venkatesh Films (SVF). Since its release just eight days ago, the dubbed film has already amassed nearly six million views.
This rapid surge in views is notable, as many other hit films on the channel have not achieved such numbers. Comparatively, popular Tollywood films such as Deb’s Amazon Obhijaan, Jeet’s Josh, and Yash Dasgupta’s Gangster have not generated the same level of excitement among Hindi-speaking audiences.
Hindi-speaking viewers have particularly praised the Hindi remake of the film’s popular song Dushtu Kokil. Comments on the video include:
The dubbing quality has also received widespread acclaim, with nearly 4,000 comments already recorded under the video.
Following this success, Hindi-speaking audiences are now requesting that other Shakib Khan films, including Borobad and Tandob, also be dubbed in Hindi to reach a wider viewership.
