The agreement was signed with RSA Advisory Limited at the bank’s head office in Gulshan, Dhaka, on Sunday.
The formal signing ceremony was attended by senior executives from both organisations, underlining the importance of the partnership. On behalf of Modhumoti Bank, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Mohammed Shafiul Azam, executed the agreement. The advisory firm was represented by its Chairman, K Mahmud Sattar, a seasoned banking professional widely recognised for his leadership roles in leading private commercial banks across the country. Also present were Additional Managing Director Shahnawaz Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Business Officer Arab Fazlur Rahman, and senior consultant Selim R F Hossain, among other high-ranking officials.

By harmonising procedures and introducing standardised operational frameworks, the bank anticipates faster decision-making, improved risk management practices and stronger compliance with regulatory directives.
