Gigabyte has expanded its product portfolio in Bangladesh with the launch of a new high-end compact motherboard, the B850I AORUS PRO (Mini-ITX). Designed to meet the growing demand for powerful yet space-efficient PC builds, the motherboard has been officially introduced to the local market through an announcement by Gigabyte Bangladesh.
The newly launched B850I AORUS PRO is built on the AMD AM5 socket platform and supports the latest AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 series processors, making it a future-ready solution for gamers, content creators and PC enthusiasts alike. Despite its small form factor, the motherboard is engineered to deliver robust performance and advanced connectivity, ensuring that users do not have to compromise on capability when opting for a compact system.
Although compact in size, the motherboard comes equipped with two DDR5 DIMM slots, supporting up to 128GB of high-speed memory. This allows users to handle demanding workloads such as modern gaming, video editing, 3D rendering and other creative applications with ease. Additionally, the board supports both ultra-fast SSDs and conventional HDDs, enabling flexible storage configurations that combine speed with capacity.
In terms of connectivity, Gigabyte has integrated cutting-edge networking features into the B850I AORUS PRO. The motherboard supports Wi-Fi 7, ensuring faster wireless speeds, lower latency and improved stability, alongside a 2.5-gigabit LAN port for reliable wired networking. These features make the board particularly suitable for online gaming, live streaming and professional work that depends on uninterrupted internet performance.
The motherboard also features a rich I/O panel, including USB Type-C, HDMI, and DisplayPort, offering broad compatibility with modern peripherals and display devices. Measuring just 17 × 17 centimetres, the Mini-ITX form factor allows it to fit comfortably into small PC cases, making it an ideal choice for compact or minimalist desktop builds.
According to Khaja Md Anas Khan, Country Manager of Gigabyte Bangladesh, the motherboard is being distributed locally by Smart Technologies, Gigabyte’s authorised distributor in the country. He noted that the product reflects Gigabyte’s commitment to delivering advanced technology to Bangladeshi consumers who seek premium performance in smaller form factors.
The official retail price of the Gigabyte B850I AORUS PRO motherboard in Bangladesh has been set at BDT 43,000, positioning it as a premium offering for users looking to build a powerful yet compact PC.
