Health officials continue to monitor the situation closely as the number of suspected and confirmed cases remains high. The DGHS bulletin indicates that both confirmed infections and symptom-based cases are being tracked simultaneously, reflecting the complexity of ongoing surveillance efforts.
Medical experts have stressed the importance of timely vaccination and early medical intervention to prevent complications. Hospitals across affected divisions remain under increased pressure due to the steady influx of paediatric patients presenting with fever, rash, and other related symptoms consistent with measles.
Authorities have urged parents and guardians to seek immediate medical attention if children exhibit early signs of infection, as the disease continues to spread in several districts.
