The promotional campaign for the upcoming Bangladeshi feature film “Rockstar”, directed by Azman Rusho, has advanced with the debut of its second musical track, titled “Amake Uriye Dao”. The complete song, which has a total running time of 4 minutes and 41 seconds, was officially launched on Sunday evening. The tracking and visual distribution are being coordinated simultaneously across the verified digital and streaming channels of SVF Music, Chorki, and Bling Music.
The musical track was written, composed, and performed by singer-songwriter Ahmed Hasan Sunny, with the complete technical orchestration and musical direction managed by composer Jahid Nirob.
“Rockstar” is produced by Sun Motions Pictures Limited and presented by Anjan Chowdhury. The cinematic project features a screenplay developed by Nusrat Mati, supported by textual dialogues written by Ayman Asib and Samiul Bhuiyan.

While a brief snippet of “Amake Uriye Dao” was integrated into the film’s initial teaser, the full video release provides a structural look into the narrative arc of the central characters, portrayed by Dhallywood actor Shakib Khan and actress Sabila Nur. The music video begins by introducing Khan’s character, named Agun, who is depicted as a struggling independent musician navigating the early stages of his career by writing text, recording audio tracks, and tracking positive public interactions across digital networks.
As the track progresses, the narrative transitions to display Agun’s professional rise into a mainstream celebrity icon. His likeness is displayed across large urban commercial billboards, and he is shown surrounded by crowds of fans seeking autographs. Throughout this initial career journey, Sabila Nur’s character is depicted as his constant companion.
However, following Agun’s commercial breakthrough, Nur’s character is noticeably absent from the later visual sequences, raising narrative questions regarding her disappearance from the rockstar’s life that the production team states will be resolved upon the film’s theatrical release.
A prior promotional video teaser confirmed that “Rockstar” features three prominent female leads acting alongside Shakib Khan: Sabila Nur, Tanjia Mithila, and Sunidhi Nayak. Media analysts suggest that these characters represent distinct chronological phases within the main character’s life and professional trajectory.

The director, Azman Rusho, noted that his personal background in the music industry heavily informed the project. The narrative combines elements of his own life experiences with the verified biographies of real-world rock musicians to depict the psychological struggles and professional volatility inherent to a musical career.
The track has received positive feedback from streaming audiences on Chorki’s digital platforms, with users praising the composition’s intensity and production quality. Following its scheduled theatrical launch during the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha festival, “Rockstar” will be made available for digital streaming on Chorki’s application and web platform, though the exact subscription release dates remain unconfirmed by the distributors.
