The soundtrack comprises four songs, each representing a distinct mood and musical approach. From festive dance numbers and romantic melodies to emotionally charged compositions and energetic action themes, the album aims to support the film’s narrative at different stages. The music department for the project was overseen by Adit Rahman, who was responsible for the overall musical direction of the film.
The first song released from the film was Gulguli Pitha, an item track performed by Mila and Pratik Hasan. The lyrics were written by Lutfor Hasan. Released ahead of Eid, the song quickly attracted public attention and became one of the most discussed tracks from the film.
Audience members have particularly highlighted the use of the song during the latter part of the film, where scenes featuring viewers dancing to the track generated additional discussion. Many cinema-goers have described it as one of the most popular festive songs of the Eid season.
Commenting on the track, lyricist Lutfor Hasan said, “This song was created entirely with the excitement of a festival atmosphere in mind. The way audiences have received it has been very pleasing for us.”
The album’s second release, Dilam Tomay Kotha, presents a romantic theme. The song features vocals from Dilshad Nahar Kona and Parvez Khan, with lyrics written by Asif Iqbal. Built around themes of love and emotional connection, the song has been noted for creating a softer and more reflective atmosphere within the soundtrack.
Discussing the composition, Asif Iqbal said, “The song was essentially an attempt to express unspoken feelings within a relationship in a simple manner. The fact that audiences are connecting with it is the greatest achievement.”
The third track, Dordi Maya Lagaisse, has generated considerable discussion for its emotional content. The song is performed by Dit Rahman and Dola Rahman, with lyrics by Rakib Hasan Rahul. Many viewers have described the song as capturing themes of affection, loss and personal hardship, making it one of the soundtrack’s most emotionally resonant pieces.
The album concludes with the film’s title track, Malik. The song features vocals by Toufiq Ahmed and Diganta Samad, while the lyrics were jointly written by Rakib Hasan Rahul and Toufiq Ahmed. Used alongside key action sequences in the film, the track has been credited by viewers with enhancing the pace and intensity of several scenes.
Reflecting on the overall soundtrack, music director Adit Rahman said, “We structured the entire album around different emotional themes. Our primary objective was for each song to carry a specific feeling connected to the story.”
