This year’s most talked-about Hindi film, Saiyara, has officially ended its theatrical run after seven successful weeks, leaving behind a trail of broken records and overwhelming audience appreciation.

Starring newcomers Ahaan Pandey and Aneet Paddar, the film created a storm at the box office and cemented itself as a surprise blockbuster.

Domestic Box Office Impact

  • The film ran in cinemas for 48 days, grossing ₹329.25 crore in India alone.
  • With this figure, Saiyara has become the 14th highest-grossing Hindi film of all time.
  • It has outperformed major blockbusters like:
    • Salman Khan’s Sultan (₹300 crore)
    • Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat (₹302 crore)
    • Kartik Aaryan’s Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 (₹260 crore)

Despite having no superstar in its cast, Saiyara shone brightly in the overseas market, earning an impressive $19.5 million.

  • This performance pushed its worldwide total to ₹570 crore, securing its place as the second highest-grossing Indian film of the year.
