Six officers of the rank of Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) have been transferred.
The transfers were carried out under an order signed by DMP Commissioner Sheikh Md. Sajjat Ali on Thursday (13 November). The DMP Media and Public Relations Division confirmed the information on Saturday (15 November).
The transferred officers are—Md. Akhiyul Islam of the DMP North Division to Wari Division, Md. Mostafizur Rahman of the Intelligence and Analysis Division (Internal Oversight and Admin) to CTTS, and Poritran Talukdar of Traffic-Motijheel Division to Traffic-Mirpur Division.
Additionally, Md. Bakul Hossain of the City-Cyber Crime Investigation Division has been transferred to the Intelligence and Analysis Division, Imranul Islam of Traffic-Mirpur Division to Traffic-Motijheel Division, and Sharmin Akter Chumki of Traffic-Admin to POM-West Division.
