Thanks to this consistency, Bangladesh holds the record for the most T20 International wins at a single venue. Now, Afghanistan has joined this elite list with a remarkable feat.

Afghanistan’s recent achievement came at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium, where they secured their 20th T20I win in just 29 matches, making them the second full-member nation in the world to achieve 20 wins at a single venue in T20 cricket.

The ongoing tri-series involves Pakistan, UAE, and Afghanistan. Yesterday (Friday), Afghanistan batted first against the UAE and scored 170/4 in 20 overs.

The opening pair contributed 98 runs in 12 overs, laying a strong foundation. UAE’s left-arm spinner Haider Ali took 2 wickets.

The UAE needed 171 to win but fell short at 166/5, losing by 4 runs.
