Academic Background: Applicants must hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) from any university recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC).

Technical Proficiency: As the role involves field patrols and digital reporting, candidates must be proficient in motorcycle riding and possess a valid driving licence. Furthermore, basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office applications and internet usage, is mandatory.

Marital Status: Candidates must be unmarried at the time of application and remain so until the completion of their probationary period. Individuals who are divorced are not eligible for this specific role.

Age Limits and Salary Structure

As of 2 April 2026, general candidates must be between 19 and 27 years of age. However, a relaxation in the upper age limit—up to 32 years—is granted to the children of brave Freedom Fighters, martyred Freedom Fighters, and Biranganas.

In terms of remuneration, the position is classified under Grade 10 of the National Pay Scale 2015. Successful recruits will receive a monthly salary ranging from 16,000 to 38,640 BDT, complemented by various government allowances, including medical benefits, subsidised rations, and housing provisions.

Preliminary Fee: To participate in the initial Physical Endurance Test (PET), a service charge of 48 BDT must be paid via a Teletalk prepaid mobile connection.

Selection Stages: Beyond the physical test, candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process involving a written examination, a psychological test, and a final viva voce.
